Vodafone Account Executive interview experience

After the initial phone interview, they asked me to complete a psychometric test, and then I had an in-person interview. The whole thing felt pretty straightforward.

The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to, and the tone didn’t feel intimidating. It was more about understanding my communication and whether I could perform in a sales role than about trick questions.

I didn’t end up getting the job. Still, the experience felt smooth because it was easy to follow and the interview atmosphere was supportive, even though it didn’t result in an offer.
