Getting an interview itself was hard to land, but once I finally got through, it turned into a quick sequence: a Teams interview followed by one face-to-face meeting.

The overall difficulty didn’t feel like an intense technical gauntlet—it was more about making it through the process and showing up clearly.

What lingered afterward was the timing. I’d been waiting for feedback for more than two weeks when I was writing in, and that pause was honestly the hardest part mentally. From what I heard, it seemed like things had gone well, and I kept the impression that the fit looked positive. Still, there was no offer at the end, and the wait left me feeling a little stuck even though the discussions felt promising.
