My interviews stretched across multiple people and formats, and they were aimed at both how I think and how I’d represent Vodafone’s products and priorities.

The process included a technical-screening style step like a code review, followed by a role-play where I had to present Vodafone products to very senior leadership. There was also a business-focused conversation with a senior manager to evaluate negotiation and business skills, and then an HR touchpoint.

Alongside that, I also had Zoom-based technical interviews with senior stakeholders, including an architect-level person and another session with higher leadership. After applying, there was also a behavioural-style multi-choice survey that I had to complete before the live interviews.
