I interviewed virtually for a role that leaned on Go.

The process had five rounds: first an on-screen call with the hiring manager where we talked about my interests and tech stack, then two separate coding interviews in Go with parsing, sorting, and medium LeetCode-style problems. After that, I had a design interview.

The last step was another hiring manager interaction. The whole sequence felt deliberate, and because it was split across multiple rounds with different types of questions, it made the evaluation feel comprehensive rather than just a single coding performance.
