VMware Software Engineer interview experience

I went through three interviews total: an HR screen first, then a technical interview, and finally a manager discussion. The people I spoke with came across as supportive and made it easier to stay grounded while answering questions.

Even though it wasn’t completely straightforward, the difficulty felt mid-level overall, and the HR team stayed involved enough to keep me at ease during the process. By the time I reached the manager round, the experience overall had a positive rhythm—more like a real conversation than a stressful gauntlet.
