Palo Alto, CAPosted Oct 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

What stood out most was how hard it felt to actually get interviews lined up.

It was very dependent on networking—without that, it was hard for the process to move. Once I finally got through that bottleneck, the interactions themselves were great, and the people I spoke with came across as smart and professional.

Recruiters also seemed to value both sides of the conversation, not just pushing me through the funnel. I still walked away appreciating that, even though the early “getting in” part was frustrating, the quality of the team once it started felt strong.
