Palo Alto, CAPosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly classic step-by-step flow.

After applying, I had an HR round where the questions stayed normal and centered on my situation and fit. Next came one technical round with a medium LeetCode-style coding challenge.

If I passed that, the process moved into behavioral, and after that round I would receive an offer. Across the interviews, the interviewers were kind and supportive, and the overall vibe was that they were trying to evaluate both my problem-solving and how I worked with others.
