I went through two rounds.

The first was focused on Java programming questions plus data structures and algorithms, and the second was a high-level design of a previous project. The feedback I received was that I was in the top contenders, but it ultimately came down to only two available positions. Even though the technical parts were viewed positively, the decision felt constrained by headcount rather than purely by performance.
