A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to set up a short phone conversation, and that first call ended up being about 30 minutes.

We mainly discussed the position description and went through my background.

After that, about a week later, I had a one-hour Zoom meeting with an HR manager. At the time, the process was described as potentially followed by a third meeting with a panel presentation, but that was the extent of what I experienced in the reported timeline, and I didn’t end up getting to a full final loop from there. Overall it felt organized at the start, but I ended up feeling like the momentum didn’t carry through.
