I went through a very difficult, multi-step process with a controlled external technical test, a recruiter-adjacent session tied to a project-style exercise, and then another technical interview.

External technical test (camera-controlled) — I completed a technical evaluation via an external application with a camera requirement and no use of other external platforms.
Approach/intro with RH + take-home/prompted project — I was given a practical exercise that felt project-like and needed to be solved.
Technical interview — I then had a further technical interview.
Outcome: No offer—this felt rigorous and time/approach constrained.
