I interviewed for Software Engineer with a straightforward structure: OA first, then a recruiter call and a superday with multiple mixed rounds.

Online assessment (OA) — I completed an initial coding test.
Recruiter call — A screening conversation followed.
Superday (three calls) — I went through three interviews combining technical and behavioral questions; they emphasized knowing basic leetcode well and using STAR for behavioral stories. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was to be crisp on foundational coding patterns and structured behavioral examples.
