Visa Inc. Software Engineer interview experience

Eventually I went through an onsite experience that had multiple parts: a behavioral round, a coding round, and then a stakeholder-style conversation with a program manager/architect-type role.

The actual onsite felt straightforward to me, but the overall timeline was the surprising part. The process dragged on for about a month and a half, with a lot of waiting between steps. Even though the interviews themselves didn’t feel wildly difficult, the long stretch made it mentally tiring, and that lag stood out more than any single question.
