I interviewed for Software Engineer and, while the technical steps were in place, the overall experience was marred by lack of follow-through and missing feedback.

OA / coding assessment (HackerRank / CodeSignal / similar) — I completed online assessments that included LeetCode-style questions, and in one case the process described the questions as straightforward.
Live interview / coding rounds — there were technical interview steps where I practiced and communicated, including environments where interviewers watched and asked about approach and edge cases.
Communication gaps — after completing the exercises, I either didn’t receive feedback, wasn’t told next steps, or was ghosted after a positive-sounding discussion. Outcome: No
