I interviewed for Software Engineer and went through a long, multi-part Teams loop that combined behavioral, system design, and live coding in one long stretch.

Recruiter intro — a 30-minute phone chat.
Teams loop (3 hours) — one hour behavioral/experience conversation, one hour system design task, and one hour conversational LeetCode-style pair programming; there was mention that the pair programming environment was distracting. Outcome: I was still waiting at the time of the write-up; the takeaway is that this stage was time-intensive and tested both communication and breadth of skills.
