I interviewed for Software Engineer with a structured sequence that started with a CodeSignal and then moved into longer interview blocks mixing behavioral and technical.

CodeSignal (timed) — A 70-minute assessment containing 2 easy and 2 medium questions.
Recruiter scheduling call — A short 15-minute call to coordinate the next steps.
Long team interviews (~90 minutes) — A combined round of interviews with about half behavioral and half technical. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was to keep your story and your technical depth equally crisp during the long round.
