Online coding assessment — a round focused on problem-solving and basic programming concepts.
HR interview — background, communication skills, career goals, and role expectations.
Project/coding integration — in another similar stage, I had medium-level questions and needed to explain my project’s tech stack, my role, and contribution. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they assessed both coding ability and the ability to clearly describe real project work and responsibilities.
