I interviewed in a way that was more about systems and engineering context than pure algorithm design, with room to talk through my thought process.

Projects-to-technical interview (live) — we started from my projects, then moved into questions like exceptions handling and broader systems/engineering knowledge.
AI/tools and optimization (discussion-based) — I was asked about AI models and tooling and how to use them to optimize tasks.
Interaction style — the interviewer was supportive, gave time to respond, and I needed to connect answers back to my real experience. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they valued explanatory depth and experience-grounded reasoning over trickier puzzle-solving.
