Virtusa Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

IndiaPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview itself started fine, but what happened afterward became the real problem.

After I went through the process, the follow-up and handling around timing and basic courtesy felt disrespectful, and it genuinely stood out as a professionalism red flag.

There wasn’t much technical detail I could even emphasize about what I was asked because the way things played out overshadowed it. The lack of respect for my time was the main takeaway.

I didn’t get an offer, and the experience left me feeling like the company wasn’t treating candidates as people with schedules to manage—honestly, that part was hard to move past.
