Virtusa Software Engineer interview experience

I first had to write code, and only after that was I allowed to continue to the next step of the interview. In the process, they made me write another code task as well.

What determined whether I moved forward was whether I could successfully complete both coding pieces. I didn’t get far beyond that because the progression depended entirely on those coding tests being correct. Even though it was stressful, the format was simple and clear: you write the code, and if you pass the second stage you get shortlisted for the next round.
