Virtusa Software Engineer interview experience

I completed an AI round and then a technical round, both of which came back with positive feedback. After that, I moved into the techno-managerial stage, but I ended up waiting for roughly two weeks to get a slot.

What stood out most wasn’t the difficulty of the questions—it was the lack of clear communication about timelines. By the time I was still waiting with no confirmed session, the experience started to feel frustrating mainly because I expected more explicit updates. I never got to the managerial round within that window, so the process didn’t turn into an offer.
