Virtusa Software Engineer interview experience

I first had to clear a shortlisting exam, which was important because the whole flow depended on it. After that, the interviews centered on fundamentals and problem-solving, with one round that was more coding-focused and slightly tougher.

There was also a round where the conversation went beyond theory and into real-world thinking: we discussed my software architecture in detail and then I worked through a coding problem meant to test practical problem solving. The questions had a balanced mix—some needed deeper thinking, while others were more about ensuring I really had the basics down.
