Virtusa Software Engineer interview experience

In the second technical round, I was asked to create a project, and I actually had to learn a completely new framework to finish it. I put in real effort to get it done since that was the expectation.

But when I reached the final technical round, it surprised me by not asking a single question about the project I’d prepared. Instead, the conversation moved past it entirely.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly that mismatch—the work I did for the project versus what they ultimately reviewed—left me feeling like the final evaluation didn’t reflect the effort I’d been led to believe mattered.
