I got contacted to confirm a time to interview, and when I arrived it turned into a group interview with about five other people.

The vibe was simple and structured: they asked a question, and everyone took turns answering. I remember feeling like the managers were just trying to see how I came across and how I’d respond under the watchful eye of the room.

The questions stayed pretty close to the basics—why I wanted the job, and how my availability fit what they needed. The way it played out required me to be concise because there were multiple voices going back and forth, and it got slightly awkward as people tried to impress. I also noticed how quickly the pace moved once a question was posed.

Overall it felt easy
