Carlsbad, CAPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was pretty clean and straightforward.

After I lined everything up, the recruiter-style interview and the later technical discussion were both over the phone, with no video or onsite steps. The recruiter screen covered the behavioral side, and then the technical interview focused on the engineering topics rather than anything unusual.

From that first call to hearing back all the way through was about two weeks end to end. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience felt efficient—no long gaps or odd detours, just two conversations and then a decision.
