My recruiter contact came after my resume was selected, and the first conversation was all about motivations and story—why I wanted to pursue development, why I was interested in the company, and what specifically drew me in.

We also walked through my favorite project and the challenges I’d faced on it, plus how I’d handled the details that mattered.

The interview didn’t feel like a technical gauntlet. It was more like a structured resume-and-fit discussion, and the questions were designed to make sure I could explain my work clearly and connect it back to what the role required. I left feeling like I’d done what they were asking for, but I didn’t get to an offer stage. The process felt focused on narrative and alignment rather than hard problem-solving.
