My hiring process started with recruiter screening by phone, then I moved into virtual interviews where I spoke with a sales manager and then a US analyst.

In that analyst step, they reviewed my results in a very quantitative way—quota, attainment, and how I ranked versus peers—so I felt like I was being evaluated through actual numbers rather than vibes.

After the analyst conversation, I had an in-person block of multiple back-to-back interviews with AEs and managers, plus a final interview with a senior SDR manager. Even though the schedule was intense, it felt fun and fast-paced, and the whole time the conversations stayed grounded in measurable wins and whether I could show competitive drive and a grind mindset.

I didn’t receive an offer.
