Verkada Account Executive interview experience

They leaned on a structured associate-style path that stretches over about six months as their extended interview approach, and the steps themselves weren’t complicated.

The final round was the most stressful part, but even then it stayed simple—the manager came across as very emotionless, which made it harder to read how things were going while I was in the room.

I didn’t receive an offer. My reflection was that the interview itself wasn’t hard in content, but the formality and the low-emotion delivery made it feel more intense than it actually was.
