The recruiter screen went well, but the rest of the process quickly felt like a string of red flags.

After the initial 30-minute manager-style interview, the timeline escalated toward an in-person panel where I was flown in for additional interviews.

What stood out to me was how much time was spent collecting sales data rather than clarifying what the actual job would look like. Before the panel, they mentioned an “intake” call meant to gather my sales information from the prior five years, and even across multiple steps the conversations rarely got into day-to-day expectations, quotas, or the specifics of the territory. Instead, it felt like the spotlight stayed almost entirely on numbers.
