My interviews kicked off with a couple of recruiter calls that set things in motion, and then I moved into a sales manager conversation followed by a regional VP call.

The final stage included an in-person sales manager meeting plus a role-play client presentation where I was judged on how I handled the scenario, and I felt like everyone was engaged and genuinely valuing my time.

The experience wasn’t entirely smooth behind the scenes, though. During a separate attempt, scheduling and communication went off-track in a way that made the process feel chaotic—there was a zoom interview date that got mishandled, my phone got repeatedly pushed about whether I was joining, and then the interview was canceled because I didn’t respond fast enough.
