After connecting with a recruiter, I had a phone screening where we went over my background and why I was interested in the company.

A little later I spoke with a regional sales manager to dig into what the role and company culture were like.

The next stage was a tighter, qualification-focused run. I went into a panel setup with three people, each with a 30-minute block back-to-back, and the conversations centered on my fit and qualifications. That was followed by a final 30-minute Zoom interview. Overall the process felt structured and moderately challenging, and it ended without an offer—just a clear “not moving forward” feeling after finishing the final step.
