I went in through a formal interview flow without any written exam for the software engineer role.

The first technical interview happened first, and it was largely based on my background—what was on my CV and the language I said I preferred.

The format felt like a direct conversation rather than a take-home or test. They called, asked technical questions connected to the language and experience I listed, and I answered them live.

I ended up with an offer. What stood out to me most was how quickly it moved from the initial call into a straightforward Q&A style technical conversation without adding extra testing layers.
