My interview felt very straightforward.

It started with an online coding test on HackerRank, and then if I progressed, I had an interview with senior members.

The senior members asked me to walk through the solution to a problem that had been given over the weekend. It was more about explaining my approach and reasoning than trying to improvise.

I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that the process was simple in structure, but it still demanded solid clarity in how I explained the solution I’d already worked on.
