Verisk Software Engineer interview experience

First I had a recruiter call, and then there was a video interview. After that, I did an onsite interview, and the onsite ended up being a long day—about four hours.

The pacing felt normal for a company screening process, and the experience overall was positive. The interviews didn’t feel combative; they felt like a thoughtful evaluation across different formats.

I received an offer. My reflection was that the smoothness mattered—when everything feels organized and respectful, it’s easier to perform well and focus on answering clearly.
