The interview consisted of a phone call followed by a single whiteboard interview.

I remember feeling like they did a good job of getting me excited about the opportunity, and there was a strong sense they were genuinely interested in me.

Afterward, I did receive an offer, and they offered a good amount of compensation. I ended up turning down the opportunity because I chose a different startup role instead, even though I would’ve loved to work there.

My reflection was that the interview itself felt engaging and respectful, and it made the offer feel credible rather than rushed.
