This was the easiest technical interview I’d ever done with them.

I was given questions about a week in advance, and my task was to come up with pseudo-code solutions and present them as a PowerPoint.

After the technical presentation, they asked general questions about soft skills. The whole experience felt low-pressure compared to typical coding interviews because the format gave me time to think and structure my ideas before speaking.

I did receive an offer. The main reflection I had was that the process was designed to reward clarity and readiness, not just speed, which made it feel unusually approachable for a technical round.
