Boston, MAPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a behavioral interview where the interviewers kept things friendly.

Along with the background conversation, they included a single coding question. I explained the projects I’d worked on and what I did during internships, and the behavioral questions felt straightforward.

On the coding question, I made a few minor mistakes, and even though they seemed small, they ended up costing me. I didn’t get an offer.

What stuck with me most was that the interview felt comfortable until the coding moment, and that was the point where things tightened. My reflection was that being conversational helped, but correctness in the coding question mattered immediately.
