Pleasanton, CAPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt heavier and more drawn out than I expected.

It started with an initial call with the recruiter to cover fit and background, then I went into a coding stage and moved into multiple deeper interviews. As things progressed, the technical portion took over: I had algorithm-style questions, a system-design discussion, and additional coding work that went beyond what I’d assumed would be a single screening.

The meet-the-team/on-site portion was where it really turned into a grind—longer sessions, back-to-back rounds, and a lot of evaluation. One interviewer went beyond normal technical questions and spent the time drilling into work history
