Pleasanton, CAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a process that was very Java-forward and paced like a sequence you couldn’t really slow down.

After an initial behavioral screen, I had an online assessment, then I got pulled into a long team day.

The OA was completely in Java and had four questions in increasing difficulty—two easy, then a medium, and finally a hard LeetCode-style problem. The team day ran for hours and mixed behavioral and technical questioning, and that part felt like the real endurance test.

I didn’t end up with an offer. What surprised me was how much of the pressure came from the format itself: Java coding plus a multi-hour team day meant I was constantly switching contexts, and I never really got a breather
