My process felt like it followed a pretty clear, multi-round arc: recruiter screening first, then a couple of technical rounds, and eventually more team-facing conversations.

It didn’t feel like a random set of meetings—more like a pipeline. Even so, there were a couple of moments that caught me off guard, like being asked about relocation to the EST timezone even though the job posting had highlighted remote work and didn’t spell out an EST requirement.

When the technical parts arrived, the structure stayed consistent: I worked through coding questions that were described in LeetCode terms, and the difficulty felt somewhere between average and challenging depending on the round. There was also a longer team-facing stage where I had to talk through my job history
