Alpharetta, GAPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was pretty easygoing and leaned more toward a personality-style assessment than a hard-nosed negotiation test.

The conversation felt like it was trying to understand how I came across, how I thought, and how my sales experience fit the way they worked.

Sales experience mattered, but it didn’t come across like a strict requirement, and I wasn’t grilled only for keywords in my resume. The part that mattered most was how I handled the conversation around knowing the audience—being aware of who I’d be speaking with and adjusting my approach. It was friendly and not stressful, but I still didn’t end up receiving an offer.
