The way I got pulled in for selection felt very direct and tied to academics: industrial engineering students were shortlisted using 10th marks, 12th marks, and GPA.

After that, the selection interviews handled everything—there weren’t separate aptitude or online tests.

I went through two rounds of interviewing. The middle stage combined HR with technical content, focusing on both industry knowledge and application-level understanding. Then there was a final HR round. Because the interviews were the only form of selection, there was a lot of pressure to show up strong in both the technical and people-fit pieces. The overall experience was tough mainly because there wasn’t any other pathway to demonstrate capability besides the interview itself.
