Varroc Group Software Engineer interview experience

The content was pretty specific: there were train problem questions, clocks and time-related questions, plus some general knowledge. After aptitude, there was an interview that combined personal and technical topics.

It felt like a mix of speed and accuracy early on, then the interview assessed whether I could articulate what I knew beyond just getting the right answer. I remember how structured the testing was, especially with the tight time boxing. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process itself felt methodical in how it evaluated both quantitative thinking and communication.
