Varroc Group Software Engineer interview experience

The process felt very smooth overall, and it helped that the coordination came through my college’s TPO. Shortlists were shared at different points, so I wasn’t completely left guessing where I stood.

The difficulty was average, and each stage stayed focused on evaluating fit for the role. Because it was a staged process with checkpoints, the experience felt more transparent than interviews that only communicate outcomes at the end.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, I remember the process as orderly and easy to follow, with the shortlist updates giving just enough clarity to keep momentum.
