CambianoPosted Dec 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I attended the interview at the Cambiano site, and the overall colloquio felt average.

What I picked up quickly was that the organization seemed small and not especially structured—things like the low age of the responsible point person and a recruiter who didn’t seem very experienced.

The process itself didn’t feel well managed after the interview. I kept waiting for feedback even though I’d been reassured it would come. The whole experience left me feeling that while the interview conversation was okay, the HR follow-through wasn’t reliable, and it was hard to understand how decisions were being communicated.
