I went into the process expecting a normal, respectful timeline, but the ending was what stuck with me.

I had an intro call with a recruiter after waiting a while from application, and then I moved into a virtual onsite. The interviewers seemed good and the conversations were fine, so I felt cautiously optimistic.

Even so, something went wrong after the onsite. I never heard back and it felt like the company went silent—no rejection email, no clear feedback, and no response even after I reached back out through my recruiter. The lack of closure made the whole experience feel unfair, especially because I’d walked away from the interviews believing I understood what I was being evaluated on.
