My interview process ended up feeling more like a waste of time than a thoughtful hiring journey.

I went through what was presented as an interview process, but the overall vibe was that the architecture was really bad and the recruitment intent didn’t feel genuine.

The assignment part also stood out to me—it was described as tough, and that toughness didn’t match what the process felt like overall. By the end, I wasn’t left with a sense that they were actually trying to evaluate me fairly or seriously.
