I went through a fairly standard QA interview loop.

It started with a phone call from HR where I scheduled things, then I had the HR telephonic screen. After a couple of days, I was invited to a face-to-face discussion with a senior QA focused on my experience.

The next step was a final round with a higher-level leader (an SVP). Across the rounds, the vibe felt kind and positive, and the difficulty didn’t feel overwhelming. The topics centered on the basics of manual and API testing, and at the end I was left feeling like the process was straightforward and understandable, especially compared to what I’d expected going in.
