My interview experience was surprisingly rough on the human side, even when the role itself was familiar.

In one discussion, the management approach felt well-organized, but the interviewer came across as impatient and unwilling to give any grace even when the answers were correct. At one point, I was told to wait outside, and the whole interaction felt more about the interviewer’s attitude than the substance of the conversation.

Another part of the process dragged out because of repeated rescheduling, and HR didn’t give proper updates. I was only notified about changes about 15 minutes before interviews, and later the result was pushed out by weeks while I was already in the middle of my notice
