UST Software Engineer interview experience

I could tell they weren’t aiming to overwhelm me—more like a quick check for fit and fundamentals.

Even though I was selected, I didn’t have a joining date yet by the time I gave my feedback. I also heard a lot of negative chatter about the management, which definitely colored how I felt, even while the interview experience felt relaxed. No offer details beyond the selection were shared in my case, but the atmosphere during the conversation didn’t match the concerns I later heard.
