My process felt pretty structured from the start: first came a technical test round with coding and aptitude-style questions, then a communication round, and finally a technical + HR discussion that took longer to schedule than the earlier steps.

I remember thinking the first two rounds moved quickly and mostly stayed within the space of the technologies I had worked with, while the last round was the one that stretched out.

In the end, I didn’t love the timing around the final decision. The offer letter was released just a day before onboarding, which honestly felt odd and rushed, especially compared to how much time the last round took. Overall, the interviews themselves felt manageable, but the end-to-end timeline had a strange rhythm.
